Spacious room that contained everything for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately the coffeemaker did not work properly, but otherwise everything excellent.

Had an amazing 7-day stay here! Loved how convenient the location was, right near a mall, plenty of restaurants, and even a short drive to the Lake Michigan shores 🌊.

We travel to Grand Rapids approximately 4 to 6 times a year. This was the first stay here and would not return.

It had good and excellant location, not far from the outskirts of Grand Rapids and a mall and lots of restaurants and the shores of Lake Michigan. The breakfast had a wide array of selection, the food was excellent!

The room was tidy and accommodating for pets, equipped with smoke detectors for safety.

Homely and exceptionally clean hotel, the staff who served us were knowledgeable, and it had absolutely perfect location even to the back patio area. Location: the property was very close to lots of restaurants, many restaurants, and the shores of Lake Michigan. And it was just a short stroll away from Denny's, ate there couple of times.

The room here is pretty spacious and the bathroom is nice. the staff is really friendly and helpful. Can't find a single thing to complain about - I'll definitely come back! 😊

The staff here is great and awesome, and the room with the sofa couch was impressive; the location is particularly good and excellent, just a 10-15 minute walk from a strip mall.

The room was comfy and impressive in general, with 2 bathrooms. I had free breakfasts with bagels, hard boiled eggs, and sliced strawberries. The staff was nice, courteous, and responded promptly to requests.
